Python Developer

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Python Developer in Johannesburg for a Well-Known IT Company!

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent

• 4+ Years Python Development experience

• Experience with the following: Python, Flask, Angular, RESTful APIs, Swagger, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, Docker, CI/CD

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Beneficial experience includes: Django, Tornado, AWS, SQLAlchemy

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Developing on core back-end platforms in a mixture of both open source and custom code

• Developing domain- and customer-specific applications and platforms

• Supporting the front-end team

• Identifying application features and requirements into be abstracted to the core

• Writing unit-tested, extendable and maintainable code
