Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity for a Dialer Manager in Durban!
We require a candidate with:
• BSc. Computer Sciences or National Diploma in IT
• 3+ years experience as a Data/Dialler administrator in a Contact Centre
• Experience working with Microsoft BI Tools (SQL/SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/PowerBI), Genesis Dialer , Microsoft Excel
