DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a DevOps Engineer in Cape Town!

We require a candidate with:

• Solid foundation in Linux / Unix administration, scripting

• At least 2 years of DevOps and / or Cloud platform experience

• Competence in using distributed source control systems

• Familiarity with Scrum / Agile methodologies

• Experience in software development preferred

Bonus Requirements

• AWS DevOps or other relevant certification

• Familiarity with AWS / DevOps best practices

• Experience or qualifications relating to cloud security and compliance advantageous •

• Experience using container orchestration services such as Docker a plus
