We require a candidate with:

• Minimum of 5-years’ experience in a similar environment

• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate to various people on various levels

• Excellent process mapping skills (Visio is the preferred platform)

• Assertive and dedicated with the ability to perform well under pressure

• Excellent computer skills
